KICK-OFF MEETING OF PROJECT PARTNERS

The kick-off meeting of the #PROMENT project, co-funded by the European Union and the Erasmus+ program, took place at the Lviv Polytechnic National University on the 27-28th of April. 

The project aims at strengthening the capacity of targeted HEIs and fostering students' employability and civic engagement through implementing the comprehensive tutoring & mentoring system as a response to the contemporary labour market demands. 

Through a comprehensive system of training and mentoring (T&M), which is based on an integrated set of methods and an IT platform, the university's T&M system will help students meet the needs of the modern labor market. 

What do we expect?

- development of basic training and mentoring schemes 

- creation of T&M centers - development of educational materials and tools

 - training of teachers, students and business mentors 

And also - cooperation between higher education institutions and organizations through internationalization 

This project will become an important element of a sustainable educational process, contributing to the development and improvement of both hard and soft skills of students, as well as their active participation in civic life.

16 partners from 6 countries of the world participate in the PROMENT project, and we hope for its successful implementation within the next 36 months.
